An employee of a residential complex in Moscow robbed the apartments of his clients for several months

An employee of the warranty department of the residential complex "Zarechye Park" has been robbing the apartments of his clients for several months. On February 16, a resident of the complex told about this on her social media page.

According to the girl, the incident occurred on February 13. The girl came home, inserted the key, but the door was locked from the inside with an internal lock. A few minutes later, a man ran out of the apartment. The neighbors helped to detain him, after which the police arrived at the scene. According to the residents, the detainee turned out to be an employee of the warranty department.

The victim noted that residents of the residential complex regularly wrote in house chats that in the evenings someone pulls handles, puts keys in locks, and if they notice him, apologizes and says that he confused the apartment.

The girl added that the employees of the warranty department came to fix the defects, could take the keys, make casts or use those that remained after the repair. After that, the apartments were monitored and entered if the owners did not appear for a long time. In addition, people complained about the loss of money, equipment, and even the unscrewing of taps in empty apartments.
