The employer may assign other people's duties to the employee, if this is stipulated in his employment contract or for an additional fee. This became known on February 17 from Rostrud's documents.

It is noted that the obligation to perform someone else's work may be initially prescribed in the employment contract — then it is not necessary to pay extra for it, RIA Novosti explained.

However, if this clause is not in the contract, then the employee can do someone else's work for an additional fee. At the same time, he must give written consent to this.
