The average pension for non-working Russians in December 2025 was 23,996.2 rubles. This was announced on February 17 in the Social Fund of the Russian Federation.

According to the agency, obtained in an interview with RIA Novosti, the amount increased by about 2.3 thousand rubles over the year.

The highest pension for non–working citizens was recorded in the Central Federal District - 24.2 thousand rubles in 2025.
