Junior Sergeant Alexandrov helped evacuate the wounded comrades.
Junior Sergeant Alexey Alexandrov, as part of the assault group, gained a foothold in new positions when the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) opened artillery fire on them. The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the exploits of Russian servicemen in the special military operation zone on February 17.
Three of Alexandrov's comrades were wounded. The junior sergeant provided them with first aid, but the victims had to be evacuated from under the ongoing shelling. After loading the wounded onto a self-propelled transporter, Alexandrov took them to a point where an evacuation group was already waiting. The injured were taken to medical institutions for further medical care.
The Defense Ministry also noted the courage and professionalism of Private Andrei Skorynin, who was delivering cargo to the positions of the artillery battalion when his car was attacked by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Skorynin competently performed maneuvers, getting out from under the blows, which made it possible to save transport and cargo. The drones crashed into the ground and detonated without causing any damage.
Earlier, on February 8, the Russian Defense Ministry told how Private Vasily Anzhiganov, as part of the unit, carried out the task of inflicting fire damage on the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the operation, the enemy used artillery and UAVs. After repelling the strike, Anzhiganov personally evacuated the injured Russian servicemen.
