According to him, security measures in the hotel area have been strengthened. Journalists are not allowed close to the building — metal fences are installed a few meters from the entrance, which are guarded by police officers.

The correspondent also noted that it has been raining in Geneva for the third day in a row. Precipitation is expected to persist throughout the negotiation period.
