New Year's ice camps in Chita will begin to be dismantled this week. This is due to warming, the press service of the mayor's office reports.
On Wednesday, February 18, the towns on Labor and October Revolution squares will be dismantled. The next day, the ice structures will be dismantled on Lenin Square and in the Collective Labor Park.
Heavy machinery will be used during the work, writes ChitaMedia news agency. Citizens are advised to be more attentive and careful.
Earlier it was reported that two squares will be put in order in Chita in 2026. The spaces for landscaping were chosen during the All-Russian online voting.
