Russian President Vladimir Putin holds a telephone conversation with Kazakh leader Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. This was announced on February 16 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"He's having an international phone conversation right now. Putin is talking with his counterpart from Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev," Peskov said.
