The Kremlin announced the transfer of instructions to departments after the attacks in schools.

Instructions were given to the Interior Ministry and other services after the recent attacks in schools. This was announced on February 16 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"The Ministry of Internal Affairs independently takes measures, other services take measures. All relevant instructions from the relevant ministries have already been issued and communicated to the addressee, so measures are being taken," he said during a briefing.

Peskov also noted that similar instructions had been given repeatedly before.
