More than a third of Russian university graduates are overly educated for their jobs

More than a third of Russian university graduates (35%) are over-educated for their jobs. This is stated in the HSE study "The phenomenon of "excessive education" of graduates of Russian universities," which is published on the university's website.

"The results show that, on average, 35% of graduates of higher education turn out to be overly educated for their workplace," the publication says.
