A colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was injured in a car explosion in Odessa.

The car that exploded in Odessa in southern Ukraine belonged to a former military officer with the rank of colonel. This was reported on February 16 in the Telegram channel of the publication "Страна.иа ".

"The driver whose car exploded in Odessa <...> is a former military officer, a colonel," the report says.

It is noted that the incident occurred during the operation of the car alarm. As a result of the incident, the soldier survived.
