RIA Novosti: salaries of more than 100 thousand rubles were recorded in 15 regions
The average salary of more than 100,000 rubles in November 2025 was recorded in 15 regions of Russia. This was reported by RIA Novosti on February 16.
The leaders in terms of payments were the Magadan Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, where the figure was 244 thousand and 212 thousand rubles, respectively. Moscow is in the third position with an average of 171.3 thousand rubles. On average, employees of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District received more than 150 thousand rubles (158 thousand rubles).
Yakutia also entered the top five with an indicator of 139.6 thousand rubles. Sakhalin is quite a bit behind — 139 thousand rubles, Kamchatka — 137.3 thousand rubles, Nenets Autonomous Okrug — 134.7 thousand rubles, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — 120.3 thousand rubles.
In the Murmansk region, the figure approached 120 thousand rubles. In St. Petersburg and the Moscow region, it amounted to about 116 thousand rubles.
For the first time compared to the previous year, the Krasnoyarsk and Trans-Baikal Territories, as well as the Amur Region, were included in the list of regions with average incomes above 100 thousand rubles. In each of these subjects, the value slightly exceeded 103 thousand rubles.
According to statistics from February 15, the Magadan Region and the Republic of Tatarstan became the Russian regions with the largest increase in average salaries over the year. The Altai Republic showed the most significant growth, amounting to 20%. It is followed by the Republic of Crimea and the Tambov Region, where average salaries increased by about 19%, while the Voronezh Region showed an increase of 18%. Completing the top five in terms of growth rates are Chukotka, the Trans-Baikal Territory, the Penza and Nizhny Novgorod regions, where the increase was 17%.
