Hillary Clinton called Washington's non-renewal of the START Treaty a big mistake

Washington should not have brought the situation on the issue of arms control to the expiration of the Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty (START Treaty). This was announced on February 15 by former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
