Gerasimov announced the liberation of 12 settlements by the Russian Armed Forces in February

On February 15, Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, announced that Russian troops had liberated 12 settlements in two weeks of February, despite difficult winter conditions.
