The Russian side has tightened its position in the negotiations on the Ukrainian settlement after the attack on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced on February 15 by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin.

"Our toughened position was brought to the participants of the meeting of the working group on security issues in the Russia-USA–Ukraine format on February 4-5 in Abu Dhabi," he said in an interview with TASS.
