Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) "Shkval", consisting of former prisoners, have almost completely lost their combat capability in the Kharkiv region. This was reported to TASS on February 14 by Russian law enforcement agencies.
According to sources, the Ukrainian forces are facing an acute shortage of attack aircraft, and mobilized soldiers are massively refusing to participate in counterattacks, which many perceive as suicidal.
