- The number of victims after the Ukrainian Armed Forces missile strike on Belgorod increased to five
The number of victims after the missile strike of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Belgorod increased to five people. This was announced on February 13 by Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod Region.
"The number of injured <...> has increased to five people. Two men with a preliminary diagnosis of barotrauma were taken to Belgorod City Hospital No. 2 for examination," the Telegram channel said.
According to the governor, damage was recorded to 29 apartments in five high-rise buildings, including the technical floor of one of the buildings. Shrapnel affected four cars and the facade of a glazed commercial building. To keep the heat in the apartments, work has begun to temporarily close the damage. In the village of Streletskoye, Yakovlevsky district, debris from downed targets damaged two private houses and two cars.
Gladkov had reported earlier that day that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had launched a missile attack on Belgorod, killing two people and injuring three others. It was clarified that all three victims — men — were hospitalized.
