No one met Zelensky upon arrival in Germany.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky flew to Germany on February 13 to participate in the Munich Security Conference, but no one from the German leadership met him at the airport.
The footage shows Zelensky being met at the plane's ramp by the Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany, Alexei Makeev, as well as, presumably, other employees of the Ukrainian embassy. There are no representatives of the German leadership or the official welcoming delegation in the published videos.
The Munich Security Conference is one of the key international platforms where issues of defense, international politics and global security are discussed. It is expected that the situation around Ukraine will become one of the central topics of the forum.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on January 20 that many serious politicians in the West now regret that they did not listen to Russian President Vladimir Putin's speech at the Munich Security Conference in 2007. He added that under Putin in the 2000s, Russia began to realize its place in the international arena and began to restore its identity with full respect for its thousand-year history, traditions and principles.
