The Cheremushkinsky District Court of Moscow has chosen a preventive measure in the form of limiting certain actions to a man who broke a passenger's nose on the Moscow metro. This was reported on February 13 by a correspondent of Izvestia.
According to the court's decision, the man is not allowed to leave the Moscow region and communicate with other people questioned in the criminal case.
On February 9, the press service of the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the police had detained a man who attacked a woman at the Kitay-Gorod metro station. On this fact, the investigative authorities have opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under the article on hooliganism.
A source from Izvestia reported on February 8 that the incident occurred on February 3 at the Kitay-Gorod metro station in Moscow. A man approached a girl named Nina, began begging for money, after refusing, he turned to insults, and then broke her nose. According to the girl, shortly before that, the same man had insulted another passerby.
