Putin received the icon of the Mother of God "Healer" as a gift

On February 13, Russian President Vladimir Putin received an icon of the Mother of God "Healer" as a gift from Archpriest Alexander Tkachenko, head of the Circle of Goodness Foundation.

"This is the icon of the Mother of God "Healer". She was historically located in the Alekseevsky Convent in Moscow. Since the 17th century, it has been revered as miraculous. It depicts the Virgin Mary bending over the bedside of a sick boy," Tkachenko said.
