The III All-Russian Interbank Forum "Kostroma Sloboda" has started

The III All-Russian Interbank Forum Kostroma Sloboda has opened in Kostroma, the press service of Sovcombank (the organizer of the event) reported.

Sergey Sitnikov, Governor of the Kostroma Region, Nikolay Zhuravlev, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council, and Alexey Rybachenok, Head of the Kostroma Region Branch of the Central Federal District Directorate of the Bank of Russia, addressed the forum participants with welcoming remarks.

The event was also attended by Sergey Khotimsky, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sovcombank, who acted as the key speaker of the session "Dialogue with Architects of Financial Strategies: the Financial World today and Tomorrow".

"Interbank cooperation is the foundation of the stability of the entire financial system. The stability of the industry directly depends on how effectively banks interact with each other, trust their partners and build cooperation mechanisms. We are glad to be among the active participants in this process and welcome everyone who is interested in strengthening partnerships at our forum," Khotimsky said.

During the forum, the participants discussed topical issues of the financial sector development in the current economic conditions, touching upon such topics as liquidity management, development of partner services, investment strategies and scenarios for the future financial market.

The forum brought together more than 200 managers and leading specialists from 150 credit institutions from all over Russia. Kostromskaya Sloboda has been held for the third year, securing the status of a professional platform for an open dialogue between the banking community with the participation of the regulator and regional authorities.
