Actors Efremov and Ivanova sound the characters of the TV series "At Hogwarts" I didn't get in"

Actors Nikita Efremov and Svetlana Ivanova joined the work on the series "I didn't get to Hogwarts." This was announced on February 13 by the project's press service.

Previously, Nikita Kologrivy, Yuri Kolokolnikov, Ruzil Minekaev and Alexey Onezhen joined the team. All of them will voice people with non—verbal autism, a condition in which a person does not use spoken language or does it in a limited way. The author of the idea was actor Semyon Shomin, the director of the project was Evgenia Leushkina.

"I didn't get into Hogwarts" will be the first Russian documentary series dedicated to the topic of non-verbal autism. The series will tell about alternative communication methods developed by Russian specialists. Thanks to them, people who have not had the opportunity to speak for many years can enter into a dialogue with others and reveal their talents.

"We hope that the series will help people find a way to hear those who get in touch in a different way, but who have something to say," said Shomin.

Six episodes will premiere on CHILL web Cinema and other online platforms on April 2, World Autism Awareness Day. The project is being created by the Karelia Film Film Company with the support of the Institute for Internet Development (IRI) and the Autism Center.

Last September, Shomin said that the idea for the series came to him after visiting the Green Apple studio with his brother Zakhar, who was diagnosed with autism. The boy did not speak until he was 13, but in the studio he was taught to use alternative communication.

Moreover, Zakhar wrote a fairy tale and said that he loves Harry Potter. When asked by Shomin if he would like to study at a school of witchcraft and wizardry, his brother wrote: "I didn't get into Hogwarts."
