The unique apartment of the artist Nicholas II will be sold in St. Petersburg
A unique apartment, which previously belonged to one of the court artists of Nicholas II, will be put up for sale in St. Petersburg. Negotiations on this are already underway.
Sergey Burmistrov, head of the Litfond auction house, told RIA Novosti about this. According to him, we are talking about a three-level studio apartment that belonged to a popular court painter before the revolution.
Burmistrov stressed that this auction house specializes in the sale of exclusive real estate. For example, apartments belonging to prominent cultural and political figures, houses and cottages of famous artists, and objects with unique characteristics are being put up for auction.
As an example, Burmistrov cited the sale of a five-room apartment in the famous "House with Lions" on Patriarch's Ponds in Moscow. It was once a gift from Joseph Stalin to General of the army, Hero of the Soviet Union Mikhail Malinin, writes 78.ru .
Earlier it was reported that the house of I.F. Alexandrovsky on Nevsky Prospekt will be restored in St. Petersburg. The house is also known as the St. Petersburg Tula Land Bank building. It is part of the Nevsky Prospekt restoration program.
