An industrial and production complex will be built in Zelenograd

An industrial and production complex, the 707 Technopark, will appear in the Kryukovo district of the capital. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his channel in the MAX messenger.

The building will house 16 workshops of the construction industry, the mayor said. The investor plans to invest more than 2 billion rubles in the construction. The complex will be put into operation in 2027. As a result, 300 jobs will be created.

The new technopark will organize the production of joinery from assembly units, including cabinet furniture elements. In addition, the workshops will produce window blocks and roofing materials. It is also planned to produce light industry goods.

The capital city authorities have provided the investor with a 5-year lease on the 1.1-hectare land plot on which the technopark will be built in 2024. In 2025, the site was awarded the status of an investment priority project of the city of Moscow for the creation of the 707 Technopark.

Earlier, Sobyanin called the creation of 5 million square meters in Moscow by 2030 a strategic goal. m for innovative industries. The total number of technoparks in the capital has reached 49. They employ more than 2.3 thousand companies and over 76 thousand people. The volume of investments in the development of Moscow technoparks amounted to about 182.7 billion rubles over 10 years. For every ruble of tax benefits for residents, there are more than 13.2 rubles of private investment.
