Roscosmos has published a photo from space of a snow cyclone over Moscow
On February 13, the Telegram channel of the Roscosmos state corporation published an image of a snow cyclone that covered Moscow from space.
"The capital was hit by a cyclone and brought with it heavy snowfall. According to the forecast of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, the snowfall will last until the end of the weekend and may resume on February 16," the publication says.
The picture shows how a cyclone is shrouded over the capital and most of the territory of the European part of Russia.
On February 13, Yandex Weather forecasters said that this Saturday, February 14, Muscovites will have a positive temperature, and on Sunday the thermometer will drop significantly. According to experts, cloudy weather is expected on Saturday, with snow and rain possible in the afternoon. From morning to evening, the temperature will stay at +2 degrees, and at night it will cool down to -1 degrees.
