Rubio to speak in Munich with a message "about the changing world"

On February 12, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that he would speak at the Munich Security Conference with a message "about the changing world."

"I think this is a defining moment. The world is changing very fast before our eyes. The old world I grew up in no longer exists. We are living in a new era of geopolitics, which will require a reassessment of what it will look like and what our role will be," he told reporters in response to a question about what he would talk about in Munich in front of the Europeans.
