The United States has signed a final trade agreement with Taiwan. This was announced on February 12 by U.S. trade negotiator Jamison Greer.

"The mutual Trade Agreement with Taiwan will eliminate tariff and non—tariff barriers that hinder U.S. exports to Taiwan, expanding opportunities for American farmers, livestock farmers, fishermen, workers, small businesses, and manufacturers," the ambassador said on the website of the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR).

According to him, this agreement will also strengthen trade relations between the states and increase the stability of supply chains, in particular in high-tech sectors.

On February 5, Argentine Foreign Minister Pablo Quirno announced that Argentina and the United States had signed an agreement to strengthen bilateral trade and investment cooperation. He also congratulated the team of Argentine representatives and thanked Jamison Greer for working together on the agreement.
