A lot of parked cars prevented firefighters from driving to the site of the fire that occurred in a multi-storey building No. 30 on Tolstoy Street in Vladivostok, which killed three children. This was reported on February 13 in the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Primorsky Krai.
"On the way to the fire site, firefighters encountered the problem of cars parked in the courtyard of the house. Travel was difficult," the agency said in a post on the MAX messenger.
It is specified that six people, including two children, were evacuated from neighboring apartments.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region called for parking rules to be observed.
A fire in an apartment building in Vladivostok became known on February 12. It was clarified that children of three, six and nine years old died as a result of the incident. There were no adults in the apartment at the time of the fire.
