On February 13, the Russian Ministry of Defense published footage of the combat work of the unmanned systems Unit (UAV) of the 5th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Guards Combined Arms Army of the Center group of forces in the Red Army area of the special military operation (SVO).

The ministry noted that the systematic work of the BPS units to counter unmanned aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the sky makes it possible to effectively suppress logistics, block reconnaissance and adjust enemy fire, significantly reducing its combat potential.

Thanks to the precise actions and professionalism of the calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Central Group of Forces, the enemy loses dozens of hexacopters every day, which creates safer conditions for the advance of assault units.
