Senior Lieutenant Alexander Alexandrov helped capture the AFU stronghold

During a special military operation, Senior Lieutenant Alexander Alexandrov helped capture a stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on February 13 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

In carrying out the task, the enemy resisted fire using artillery and attack unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). An assault group under the command of a senior lieutenant successfully captured an enemy stronghold and held it until the main forces of the unit approached. The successful completion of the task was made possible by Alexandrov's courage and professionalism.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the decisive actions of Corporal Valentin Fattokhov, who evacuated a wounded comrade under attack by enemy unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

In one of the tactical areas, a unit under the command of Fattokhov carried out defensive actions. During the task, the corporal's group was attacked by attack drones, as a result of which one of the servicemen was injured. The corporal, showing courage and despite the continued impact of drones, promptly evacuated the wounded comrade to a safe area and provided emergency medical care, which saved his life. Thanks to decisive actions and timely first aid, the life of a comrade-in-arms was saved.
