The court arrested the ex-head of FESCO Severilov in the case of embezzlement.
The Moscow Meshchansky Court has placed Andrey Severilov, former chairman of the board of directors of the FESCO transport group, under arrest until April 11 in a case of embezzlement. This was reported on February 12 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.
Boris Ivanov, the company's vice president for production development, is also involved in the case. They are charged under Part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code ("Embezzlement on an especially large scale"). The defendants face up to 10 years in prison.
