Andrey Severilov, the former chairman of the board of directors of the FESCO transport group, and Boris Ivanov, the company's vice president for production development, were detained in Moscow. This was announced on February 12 by a source of Izvestia.

They are charged under Part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code ("Embezzlement on an especially large scale"). Severilov and Ivanov were sent to the Meshchansky Court of the capital.
