Tricolor, Russia's largest pay—TV operator, ended the year with growth in the segment of new connections. The number of new satellite customers increased by 10% compared to the same period last year.

The spring period was the most successful: from April to June, Tricolor connected over 40,000 subscribers, which is 11% more than in the spring of last year. The overall increase in the number of connections over the past year was 10% compared to 2024.

The main channels for attracting customers are official dealers and branded retail stores (FSM), with over 3,000 points of sale in the whole country, as well as the operator's online store. Over the past year, the Tricolor online platform has shown a 42% increase in attracting new customers. Along with this indicator, others are also growing: traffic (+35%), turnover (+48%) and the average receipt of approved orders, which by the end of 2025 amounted to 11,483 rubles (+29%).

Tricolor is planning a significant expansion of the FSM this year. The company is going to open 120+ salons of a new format, which will be transformed from points of sale into loyalty and service centers.

"In recent years, analysts have been saying that the satellite TV market is dormant. Nevertheless, in the current reality, we see that external factors have a significant impact on the choice of satellite TV. Regular restrictions on mobile Internet have led to an increase in demand not only for satellite Internet, but also for television. Customers want to have stable access to their favorite channel, regardless of the situation," says Kirill Marinochkin, Tricolor's Sales Director.
