On February 12, the Central Bank of Russia explained the appearance of a strange post with a set of letters "s" and "f" in its Telegram channel by the activity of the "admin cat".
Right before the meeting of the board of directors of the regulator on the key rate, a post with a set of letters appeared on the Telegram channel of the Central Bank. It was promptly deleted after a few seconds.
