"Sober jog" will not take place in Perm due to lack of participants
The "Sober Jog" campaign, scheduled for February 23, will not take place in Perm. The event will be cancelled due to insufficient number of applications from those wishing to take part in it.
This is reported by the news agency " <url>" with reference to the public organization "Sober Perm". They explained that this time the flash mob could not gather the required number of participants. However, this applies only to the nearest event and does not mean the cessation of other activities of Sober Perm.
The first such run was held in Perm in April 2012. From that moment on, the action became regular. It was held several times a year. In addition to running together, the participants organized outdoor sports activities and other activities aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle.
In December, the Federal Service for Alcohol and Tobacco Market Control (RATK) confirmed a decrease in retail sales of alcoholic beverages. At the same time, alcoholic beverages with a strength of over 9% accounted for 59% of the products sold, or 107.4 thousand dal. Such drinks were bought by 1% less than last year for the same period (108.5 thousand dal).
