Moscow will increase the number of integrated territorial development projects

By the end of the year, Moscow will increase the number of integrated territorial development (CDT) projects to 212 and launch the construction of about 900 thousand square meters of real estate. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his channel in the IACH.

Moscow is leading in terms of area and building balance according to the KRT program, the head of the capital noted. At the moment, the city has approved and is at various stages of implementation 179 construction projects with a total area of over 1.6 thousand hectares, where it is planned to build more than 33 million square meters. m of real estate.

"In place of the half—abandoned former workshops and wastelands that spoil the appearance of the city, modern comfortable quarters for life, work and recreation are emerging," Sobyanin stressed.

Timely decisions in the field of construction help to develop the city, the mayor noted. In particular, last year a new form of contract was introduced — an infrastructure contract, which made it possible to link the stages of residential development with social facilities with the advanced commissioning of the latter.

Sobyanin recalled that the main public services in the field of construction have been converted to electronic format in Moscow and are provided in the most convenient form. In 2025, the metropolitan authorities issued 1,248 certificates of approval of architectural and urban planning solutions for future buildings. "This creates a foundation for more than 2 years ahead and allows investors to launch their projects," the mayor concluded.

Earlier it became known that Sobyanin signed resolutions on the implementation of two integrated territorial development projects in the TiNAO and in the south-east of the capital. It is planned to build more than 220 thousand square meters of real estate on sites with outdated buildings — industrial and public-business facilities, which will create over 3 thousand jobs.
