Peskov: the Kremlin has an understanding about a new round of negotiations with the United States and Ukraine

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on February 12 that Moscow had an understanding about the next round of negotiations on Ukraine and that it could happen in the near future.

"There is a certain understanding. We will keep you informed. As we said, we expect that the second round will happen soon," Peskov said.
