Peskov reported on Moscow's contacts with Havana on assistance in connection with the energy crisis

Moscow is in contact with Cuba on the fuel shortage situation and is discussing how it can provide assistance, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on February 12.

"It is impossible to talk about these issues in such a highly public mode now, for obvious reasons. I can only repeat that we are in contact with our Cuban friends and are discussing assistance to them," the Russian president's spokesman said at a briefing.
