Over the past week, the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) in Primorsky Krai increased by 10%. Rhinoviruses are circulating in the region.

According to PrimaMedia news agency, Rospotrebnadzor records a decrease in the incidence of influenza. The incidence of coronavirus infection remained at the same level. Rhinoviruses account for more than half of the cases of the disease. In addition, every fifth case of the disease is caused by an adenovirus.

Despite the overall increase in the incidence, the number of patients requiring hospitalization decreased by 14%.

In the Lipetsk region last week, doctors registered a 3.2% decrease in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections. Fewer than 5.2 thousand people turned to doctors.
