106 Ukrainian drones were shot down over the regions of Russia overnight

The Air Defense Forces shot down 106 drones over the past night The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the territory of Russia. This was announced on February 12 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"During the past night, 106 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the ministry said in a statement on its Telegram channel.

It is specified that 24 drones were destroyed over the Belgorod region, 21 UAVs were eliminated over the Bryansk region, 19 drones were shot down over the Voronezh region, and 13 more drones were shot down over the territory of the Tambov region.

Nine UAVs were eliminated over the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod region, five drones over the territory of the Republic of Crimea, four drones over the waters of the Sea of Azov, three drones were shot down over the territory of the Rostov region, two drones were eliminated over the Lipetsk region and one UAV was destroyed over the territories of the Kursk, Tula, Smolensk, Volgograd regions, Krasnodar Territory and the Black Sea.

On February 11, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that air defense had destroyed 14 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) from 16:00 to 20:00 Moscow time over the territory of Russia. It was clarified that 11 drones were eliminated over the territory of the Belgorod region, two over the Black Sea and another over the territory of the Kursk region.
