"Kirov (Pobedilovo) and Perm (Bolshoe Savino) airports — restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been lifted," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

The Federal Air Transport Agency stressed that these measures were necessary to ensure flight safety.
