This was announced on February 12 by the administration of the Gorodishchensky district.

"The evacuation from the village of Kotluban is almost complete. Temporary accommodation facilities are operating in the Gorodishche work settlement: the Gorodishchensky District House of Culture and the Gorodishchenskaya Youth Sports School," the authorities said in a Telegram channel.
