The defense of Zinaida Serebritskaya, an accomplice in the assassination attempt on Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseev, appealed the arrest in absentia. This became known on February 11.

The appeal was filed with the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow. At the same time, a lawyer appointed by the state acted on the defense side.
