For the participants of the renovation program in Moscow, a new service has become available in the My Moscow mobile application, which will help organize all stages of resettlement. This was announced on February 12 by the portal of the mayor of the capital. mos.ru .

It is specified that now residents can sign up for an inspection of the apartment, issue the necessary documents and even call movers for moving for free directly through their smartphone. A new service called "Renovation" is available in the "Home" section on the main screen of the application. Program participants automatically receive notifications inviting them to use its features. A widget with the current status of the relocation stage and step-by-step instructions for the process appear in the application.

"Renovation" consists of four stages: "Preparation for the move", "Apartment inspection", "Paperwork" and "Relocation". Each stage is accompanied by recommendations and the opportunity to use the services. For example, at the stage of viewing an apartment, users can get acquainted with its characteristics, address, location on the map and the nearest infrastructure facilities such as schools and clinics. At the stage of paperwork, you can find out which papers need to be signed, as well as receive reminders.

One of the main options is the possibility to call movers for free and order vehicles for moving. The service also provides information about the documents required for signing the contract and registration, as well as instructions for closing old and opening new personal accounts to pay for housing and communal services.

For the convenience of residents, the service contains contacts of city services, such as the Moscow Residential Renovation Fund, a contact center, as well as links to useful materials, including instructions on registration, bill payment, and meter readings. For users who need more information, the full catalog of services is available in the "Services" section, and in the "Events" section you can track important city events and information on support requests.

Analysts from Metrium and SIS Development, who conducted a study of the real estate market on December 11, 2025, said that the Southeastern Administrative District of Moscow has become a leader in price growth for massive new buildings over the past year. Over the past 12 months, the average cost per square meter here has increased by 25%. In addition, the Southern Administrative District is one of the leaders in the renovation program, under which over 800 old houses will be resettled, and modern residential areas will appear in their place.
