Kazakhstan has published the final text of the new constitution

The final text of the new Constitution of Kazakhstan was published for the citizens' review in the official newspaper Kazakhstanskaya Pravda. This was reported by TASS on February 12.

The referendum on the draft constitution, as indicated in the previously signed decree of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, will be held on March 15. The newsletter will ask one question: "Do you accept the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the draft of which was published in the media on February 12, 2026?".

If the new basic law is adopted, it will enter into force on July 1, 2026.
