Russian soldiers told about the frequent surrender of the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants

On February 12, fighters of the assault units of the Center group of forces said that the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area of the special military operation (SVO) began to voluntarily surrender more often.

Stormtrooper Sergei Gudorev said that after the capture of one of the enemy's strongholds by Russian soldiers, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters came out to them with a white flag.

"There are a lot of people giving up, especially lately, as their security is getting worse and worse. And the relationship of the commanders, as they said, is also getting worse and worse. They throw it, they just send it in one direction," he said in a video posted by the Russian Defense Ministry.

As Denis Fokin, another stormtrooper of the Center group of forces, noted, the surrendered Ukrainian militants talk about the lack of provisions and ammunition due to supply problems.

He also told how two soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, whom the command forcibly sent to the front line, came to the Russian military without weapons and body armor. According to Fokin, they did it to save themselves.

Artur Malinovsky, a captured militant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, also stated that he did not come to the battlefield of his own free will. He noted that Russian soldiers feed the prisoners well. Malinovsky added that he would like to ask his colleagues to surrender too.
