According to statistics, in November 2025, two regions of Russia — Chukotka and the Magadan Region — showed an average salary of over 200 thousand rubles. This was reported on February 12 by RIA Novosti with reference to statistics.

It is specified that back in November 2024, there was not a single region in Russia with such a high average salary. In the Magadan region, the average income was 244 thousand rubles, which is 51 thousand rubles more than in the same month of 2024 (193 thousand rubles). In Chukotka, the average salary increased by 31 thousand rubles to 212 thousand rubles.
