The construction of a new boiler house will be completed in Lukhovitsy near Moscow by the end of spring.

The construction of a block modular boiler with a capacity of 2.5 MW is being completed in the village of Pavlovskoye in the Lukhovitsy municipal district of the Moscow region. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Energy.

As of February 11, the specialists have already completed the main construction work and equipment installation. The so-called cold start also took place, when the system is tested without fuel supply. The process was successful and confirmed the operability of the equipment.

The commissioning works are expected to start at the end of February. Landscaping of the adjacent territory will be completed after the onset of stable plus temperatures. Therefore, the full completion of the work and the commissioning of the facility are scheduled for May 25, 2026.

The boiler house is being built as part of the state program "Modernization of heat supply," the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya clarifies. It will provide heat to the residential sector and social facilities in the village of Pavlovskoye.
