On February 11, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he would not come to Moscow for negotiations on the settlement of the conflict.

"I cannot come to Moscow for talks with [Russian President Vladimir] Putin," he said.

Earlier, the online edition of the Times of Ukraine noted that the Ukrainian authorities are considering the possibility of sending their delegation to Moscow to hold talks. It was noted that the special envoy of the President of the United States, Steve Witkoff, and the son-in-law of the American leader, Jared Kushner, could join them as security guarantors.
