The Ministry of Culture dismissed Bogomolov from the post of acting rector of the Moscow Art Theater Studio School

Director Konstantin Bogomolov has been relieved of his post as acting rector of the Moscow Art Theater Studio School at his own request. This was announced on February 11 by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

On February 3, the Ministry of Culture announced that Bogomolov had been appointed acting rector of the Moscow Art Theater Studio School, as he meets the qualifications and has the necessary competencies for this position.

Rector of the Moscow Art Theater Studio School, Honored Artist of Russia Igor Zolotovitsky died on January 14 at the age of 65. Later it was reported that Bogomolov was appointed acting rector of the Moscow Art Theater Studio School.

Bogomolov, in a conversation with Izvestia on January 23, called his appointment as acting rector a great honor and a serious challenge. It was noted that at the same time, the director will continue his work as the artistic director of the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya.
