The court overturned the decision to transfer the property of the ex-deputy head of the Ministry of Defense to the state income.

The Moscow City Court, having considered appeals against the decision of the Presnensky District Court of Moscow, overturned the decision to transfer property to the state income in the case of former Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov. A message about this was published on February 11 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"The Moscow City Court overturned the decision of the district court regarding the conversion of property in the form of a land plot and an apartment building to the income of the Russian Federation," the courts' Telegram channel says.
